RIAZ UL HASSAN ALVI, District & Sessions Judge ®, Attorney at Law

Mr. Riaz ul Hassan is senior partner in the firm. Having served in the Judiciary for 26 years he has vast knowledge and experience of civil and criminal litigation. He was enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1971 and as an Advocate High Court in 1982 before being appointed as Additional District & Sessions Judge in 1984. He was then elevated to the position of District and Sessions Judge in 1997. He obtained vast experience of advocacy during his 13 years of practice before his judicial appointment. Mr. Riaz ul Hassan is a source of guidance and inspiration for the other partners and associates in the firm who feel enriched by his years of experience in the legal fraternity. He is also a member of visiting faculty in the School of Law teaching various chuncks of Criminal Law. He is the managing partner of the firm.




Mr. Rizwan is one of the founding partners of the firm. He has acquired both his LLB Honors and LLM from the University of London and was enrolled as an advocate in the year 2008 and as an advocate High Court in the year 2010. Mr. Rizwan has extensive experience in the fields of Banking laws, Corporate finance, Criminal laws, Civil laws, Intellectual Property laws, Customs and Sales tax laws. Since his enrollment as counsel, Mr. Rizwan has been involved in loads of litigations and has been successful in numerous cases.


Barrister Hassan Safdar Khan is an Advocate of the Lahore High Court. He was called to the Bar at Lincoln's Inn and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Northumbria University. He is a determined litigator with extensive experience in Criminal law, Civil Law, including Land & Property matters, Commercial Law, Banking Law (with a focus on cases under The Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 and Intellectual Property Law matters. He teaches Business and Corporate law at SKANS School of Accountancy. He is also one of the partners of the firm.


Mr. Bilal has acquired his LLB Hons degree from the University of London and his LLM degree from SOAS, University of London. His areas of expertise include the Law of Islamic Finance, International Commercial Arbitration and Commercial Law. He is also well-versed in constitutional matters as he wrote his LLM dissertation on the doctrine of necessity for the module Law and Governance in the Developing World. He is the coporate partner of the firm.

HAFIZ TALLAH, Attorney at Law

Mr. Tallaha is most efficient in the area of legal research when it comes to complex legal issues. His academic publication on the law of bail is testimony to his ability to carry out extensive legal research. His areas of expertise include Cyberspace Laws and International Humanitarian Law. Mr. Tallaha also has vast experience of litigation before the High Court and subordinate courts.
